Arduino Pro Micro

Hello all,
This is the test code for a pi/Arduino watchdog circuit.

It tells the Arduino to monitor a pin from the pi for a heartbeat pulse (30 sec high, 30 sec low). If pin stays high or low longer than 30 seconds, then it resets the pi.
